Promoting the importance of sports for children with ID at an early age, at National TV Montenegro

Our friends from Special Olympics Montenegro were invited to the National TV in children’s show at the beginning of May. On this occasion they had the opportunity to present the importance of sport for children with ID at an early age and how Unified Sports training contributes to social inclusion in schools and communities. Through Unified Sport Trainings they want to show the basic sports skills that children mastered and then switch to advanced skills in specific Unified sports.

The project „Inclusion Through Sport for Children with Developmental Disabilities” is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Regional Cooperation. The project is managed by Motivation Romania Foundation in partnership with Special Olympics Romania, SO Iceland, SO Slovakia, SO Lithuania, SO Bosnia and Herzegovina, SO Montenegro, with support from SO Europe Eurasia Foundation and Poznan University of Physical Education.

Working together for an inclusive Europe.
